The Soul Rebels

Thursday May 21st

Le Bon Temps Roule "Where New Orleans Comes Alive" Since 2002, The Soul Rebels have turned Thursday nights at Le Bon Temps Roule into one of the most legendary music experiences in New Orleans. This isn’t just a gig, it’s a tradition, a community, and a party that brings everyone together. There’s no VIP section, no walls between rich, famous, or local fans. Everyone comes through the door on equal footing because at Le Bon Temps Roule, love cures all. From Trombone Shorty, Jon Batiste, Wu-Tang Clan, Ed Sheeran, Mos Def, Peyton Manning, and countless others, to lifelong fans who’ve been coming for years, this small but mighty venue has hosted some of the biggest names in music and culture, all grooving together under one roof. It’s intimate, it’s wild, it’s electric, and it’s where some of The Soul Rebels’ most iconic songs were born. Every Thursday night is a chance to dance, connect, and witness the magic of New Orleans music at its purest. Fans come for the music, but they stay for the vibe, the energy, and the sense of family. After more than two decades, The Soul Rebels don’t take a single Thursday for granted. We’re still making history, still creating unforgettable moments, and still ready to welcome everyone, old friends, new fans, and anyone who wants to feel the heartbeat of New Orleans. ✨ This is more than a show, it’s a movement. Come see why Le Bon Temps Roule has been the city’s Thursday night destination for over 20 years. We can’t wait to see you there!

The New Orleans Johnnys

Saturday May 23rd

"Born from a festival fever dream and raised on a decade of dive bar gigs, The New Orleans Johnnys blend the grooves of classic New Orleans rock & roll and distinctive funk rhythms with their own down-home, gritty blues energy. Blazing horns and virtuosic keys round out the band’s unmistakably New Orleans sound, which earned the group a 2020 Offbeat Magazine Best of the Beat Music Award nomination for Best Rock Artist. Whether performing their original songs or putting their own spin on beloved standards or eclectic covers, they strive to connect with audiences to spread an infectious energy that gets folks dancing - creating one of the most captivating live shows in town. Their studio work includes the 2017 Lush Like Me EP and the 2020 Outta Ya Mind LP, which Dan Willging of OffBeat Magazine described as “a massive injection of tightly crafted, action-packed hybrid of rock ’n’ roll, blues rock, funk and a dollop of swamp pop that rarely hits pause...”. Both the album and the video for the album’s lead single, “Don’t Wanna Dance,” earned 2020 Best of the Beat Music Award nods for the band."
