Bearded Chieftains are an indie funk/rock band from Hattiesburg, MS. Think equal parts Red Hot Chili Peppers, Steely Dan, and Radiohead. Their music blends surgically precise rhythm with razor sharp lyrics. The foursome has headlined LunaFest ‘24, completed a self booked tour in 2023, and released an entirely independent album “The Monster Is Me” in 2022.

Lee Yankie is a guitarist and singer/songwriter from the Mobile and New Orleans areas and has been performing 20 years. His sound is a southern soul/funk thing heavily influenced by the blues and the sounds of New Orleans. He’s currently working on his second album produced by Kevin Scott (Jimmy Herring’s 5 of 7, Forq) and touring with The Honey Island Swamp from New Orleans. He joined the band as lead guitar player in 2018, and will touring again in 2023.

Paul Faith originally hails from Virginia, but has been writing and performing in New Orleans for the past 12 years. Growing up listening to 90's alternative rock, emo music at the turn of the century, and the folk rock of artists like Dylan and Young, Paul and his band deliver a performance rooted in Americana, but with an emotional rock & roll punch. Paul aspires to write honest, expressive songs with compelling vocal melodies backed by his guitar and harmonica. His first album, "The Smell When it Rains", is out on all the regular places you listen to music.
